And I think the major problem is not his passive or untargetable spell but the cooldown on his ultimate. If he does not have his ulti he is not AS threatening. But his ultimate completes his combo. The problem is because it has such a low cd, he is able to do it more often. I kill my mid opponent with my Q, R, W, E, Ignite combo; and I go base to heal. By the time I am back, I have to wait at the most 20 seconds before I can use my R again.

Fizz's lvl 6 power spike is a little bit too much and deserve some little nerf, but gutting him won't solve your issue. The real problem what ppl can't realise is the mighty

I tend to agree. Triforce is stoopid if you can use most of its stats. Historically it's been built on people who have no use for mana or crit.

Though you're probably going to just say but the E and Q 1 shot you. The response to that is just play safer in lane. Punish him for engaging with E. If you're not doing that and letting him free kill you in lane then of course he's going to become a monster...Also I was talking about laning phase, which is where you have to shut him down so he doesn't become monstrous.
