Can we fix DoT interaction with Galio's shield

He heals ~70% of his max health if he just shields himself after I landed a Q on him as 476 AP Cass. This is not okay.

This definately is not a bug and it is one of the only things keeping him any good. It is also something that makes him a huge counter to a lot of champs, so you should not pick anyone with dot into a Galio.

If he's healing that much, there's a bug. He should be healing for less and less each tick. Especially with that much AP, it should at best leave his health static.

Not really a bug. Galio has high amounts of resists even if you build him as pure AP. If you build him as the MR tank/bruiser it's not difficult to come out with enough MR to survive a Veigar ult when below 20% HP.

It's really easy to have enough MR to make Cass DoTs do nothing but tickle. Meanwhile, his resists increasing self healing buff outscales basically all the DoTs in the game. The more ticks it has, the more he heals as well.

You do realize it's based off the more damage you deal to him so wacking away at him while he has it up on himself or some one else is just gonna let him heal of them lol
