Meddler, is BOTRK going to get looked at?

I feel like it is a weaker buy right now. In my opinion there must be some aspect of it that can be buffed. I think this would help out a lot of the auto attack junglers that are still trying to find their way in a post-devourer world.

As much as I'd want that item back for my tank-slaying Olaf , a buff to BotRK is a buff to Vayne this bitch > Vayne and I do not want to waste a ban on her every game.
