Irelia is ruining my toplane since S3, but Swain is getting +200% to his cd ult not Irelia. I'm stopping to buy any RP until Irelia will be reworked or nerfed to the ground.

I believe riot stated that she needs a rework, her kit has a lot of hidden power and not a lot of counterplay outside of hard CC tanks

cc doesnt work against her she has her passive

just because she has tenacity doesnt mean CC doesnt work against her, playing nautilus against irelia makes laning alot easier

um comparing swains ult cd to irelia's, 200% increase on irelias ult would be absolutely ludicrous and detrimental to her as a whole because i dont think her ult deserves a 180 second cd, aka a 3 mintue cd
