Crimson pact is Vlad's passive = Electrocute, it's just death recap being bugged

Either way a vlad going full AP without any defensive item and electrocute on top of that makes fairly sense that he'd be able to do that much to someone with only 35 MR. Not like he can hard CC you which makes me think you got hit with the fully charged Sion Q to get hard CCed and for vlad to charge up his tide. In other words, you just played shitty in that scenario.
