She will not be buffed by any noticeable amount. They are looking to rework her. Her current design is considered impossible to balance.

That is what happens when they try to be too edgy and creative with their kits, they cannot balance them.

There was recently a bug that messed up her kiting which may have hurt her winrate some. Although she is weak right now, I would much rather her stay like this rather than not being allowed to play nonassassin melee champs when she is locked in.
