Brutalitops011 votesBecause my internet is being shit and not loading it, I can't see which champion you wanna rush Thornmail on. As far as why you don't rush Thornmail on anyone, the damage it deals scales with the amount of armor you have. Meaning that it's most effective if you have another armor item at least. However, you can stack a ton of armor and make ADC mains cry by having a Thornmail, but that's not recommended.
