No matter where you look these champs are completely busted. Shaco is just broken as hell after his rework (not really sure what specifically needs to be nerfed, probably a combination of several things though), and Talon simply synergizes too well with lethality. Combined with the safety from his parkour and high base MS, it's extremely difficult to punish him.

Shaco is at his weakest point ever after the rework. The counterplay to him is the same as always, and he does much less damage than before.
I really don't know what you guys want. His Q, W, E, R, and even passive all got heavy nerfs with the rework.

Actually thats the issue thats becoming a huge problem. There isn't a real counter to his 4.5 seconds of invisibility

There's the lovely blue plants in the jungle.
That's just naming ways to counter the stealth. He's also just invisible, it doesn't mean he can't be hit - Hard CC is still available to stop him.
