Removing Banner of Command
Why not just revert it to it's former state before the change that broke it? It was fine for the longest time

FOR JUSTICE1 votesbecause then people complained about its immunity to magic damage, which is why people took tanks mid to cheese with it. its been like this for almost 4/12 seasons, but nobody ever cared to build the item until they did the baron bugfix (which they then reverted)
