It feels like I'm getting too many champion shards from Honor Capsules & Chests

On two of my accounts I've opened 8 chests, and 2 honor capsules and I've gotten 1 skin shard, bunch of champ shards, and a couple emotes (I actually got another chest in one chest + champ shards, opened for another champ shard). This is ridiculous.

It didn't feel AS bad when champ shards & BE weren't the actual currency of the game. Also it felt better when the disenchant cost of skin shards was a lot higher.

I don't know if I'm getting less skin shards % wise, but it feels absolutely AWFUL now. Whenever other people talk about it, everyone's like "oh, but its only been X amount of time how could you know", but when pretty much everyone is saying the same thing I think we know.

Suggestions: Honor Capsules only give skin shards. They're rare enough... Increase chance of skin shard on chests (you already nerfed the OE)
