Quinn nerf
Make her E no longer proc her passive on people so that she either has to land her Q on you, or remain near you for a few seconds in order to get her passive burst off.
Or we could just remove duskblade tbh

I mean, it's still not going to stop her from split-pushing, but her dueling, teamfighting and laning should take a hit from these changes. Lowering a champ's base armor is no joke, especially since burst is so strong right now.
