Can anyone at Diamond even stand to play ADC right now?

I feel like I'm playing the support lottery, because the skill discrepancy between random supports is so ridiculously high. 50% of supports I'm encountering (on either side) have absolutely no idea what they're doing, despite being S8 Diamond+ support mains.

Something is seriously wrong with this season.

Nah, a top/mid player can play it better right now.

If your champion can't 100 to 0 someone in 3-4 seconds, it's not viable in top, mid, or jungle
