Automated Riven5 votesBecause he is weak right now. The last nerfs were not needed. That being said the purpose of this is to make yasuo weaker into melee champs top via the lower shield early. (which is a far bigger Nerf then you are allowing for) and allowing him to still survive in lane mid.

VasilisGreen1 votesOf all those champs you listed, i've only seen Cho'Gath, rumble and Swain top and sometimes singed. Gragas plays jungle, i've only seen Nautilus as a support and Shen's damage is mixed, his main damage source is his AAs with some magic damage AA steroids and everyone else is played mid. What are you even on about.
Btw, I see far more AD kennens lately than AP, I actualy don't remember the last time i saw AP kennen being played.
AFK Push1 votescho mostly plays jungle now. Grag is played top plenty, but mostly in high elo. Kennen is cancer ad or ap, but he is played frequent enough either way. Teemo is popular in lower elos and norms. Here are some that weren't mentioned though

AFK Push1 votesTechnically so is morde and mundo, but all three of them primarily do magic damage. I mean magic resist and health will help more than armor ever would against kayle, but items like omen do help too, just not as much.

That being said, high banrate =/= OP. In Yasuo's case I ban him frequently, but not because he's strong; if anything, I think he's a tad weak right now. I ban him because he is unfun and frustrating to deal with.

Vanic9983 votesI disagree. I don't ban yasuo all the time but the reason why people dislike yasuo and ban him is because he's unfun to play against. Statistically he's balanced but the real problem with him is that he's just unfun. Fizz has the same problem but not as bad.

And how is Yasuo OP? And how is certainlyT behind the buff? He works in the design it's unlikely that he'd be the one making the buff
