Ionian Boots of Lucidity provides 10% CDR, which is a good stat on Kled. This can be replaced with Mercury Treads if against overwhelming crowd control. Death's Dance provides pseudo-durability for Kled and provides 75 AD and 10% CDR and Kled wants as much as both of those stats as possible. This can be replaced with Bloodthirster if you find yourself needing directly more health in both forms through the shield since Kled will gain the Bloodthirster max health shield if he heals himself last his unmounted health limit. Frozen Mallet grants health, which is an overrated stat on Kled to be honest, but a little bit is needed, and attack damage. More importantly, the passive is amazing for both mounted and unmounted. While mounted, you get some extra stickiness for making sure them tresspassers don't escape. I guess the same thing can be said in unmounted, but it's even more important here since Kled needs to hit someone to get his mount back. Build Black Cleaver if the enemy has a ton of armor and replace Frozen Mallet in the build since Black Cleaver provides some of the stickiness and similar stats to what Frozen Mallet would provide. Youmuu's Ghostblade is an AD stat stick that provides stickiness and an attack speed boost for especially when Kled is unmounted and needs his mount back. The movement speed from the Active can also be used to escape while unmounted. Phantom Dancer can be picked up instead if you need more dueling power. Warmog's Armor is very important later in the game when traversing the map is dangerous and you just need to regenerate your Mounted health without recalling or putting yourself in danger. Spirit Visage can be bought instead if you really need magic resist. The last item is Guardian Angel and it is an incredibly good late game item for team fights since even the few extra seconds provided by Guardian Angel can mean life and death for Kled through Courage. Despite being the second to last or last item you will build, this item is incredibly important and needs to be bought in every build.

This build assumes you are using CDR runes being 9 Glyphs and 1 Quint for 10% CDR.
