She's a massive lane bully, she hits a huge midgame power spike with 
, she scales dreadfully well into the late game, she has a dash, ridiculous zone control, is great when behind, and is simple to play.
She has no weakness.
When I lose a game to a Caitlyn, I just feel pissed. A competent Cait will have you under her microscope and bully you the entire game.
She is the the most frustrating ADC to play against, and right now, she's in every. single. game.
Solution: every ADC needs a stylish top hat.
Cait shares the same weakness that most all ADC's do, and it's very easy to exploit.
One shot her, or just hard CC her and blow her squishy ass up anyways.
Cait being strong is much better than just last patch when Lucian was the god of the ADC game. 10/10 prefer cait.
You know what's interesting:
She hasn't had a change (that I'm aware of) since even before the Lucian nerfs...so why are players just now complaining about her? Maybe it's not the fact that she's op, but because all of her other competition has been nerfed to hell because of players like you that only call for nerfs and not real balance...

You only lost to her last game, while the other 6 games have no Caitlyn in it. Plus, you just finished two games before this as Twitch with a score of 18/8/3 and 19/7/4, and you HAD to complain when you lost now.

In season 5, she really had a rough mid-game and because of this, had a harsh late game if other ADCs got their faster. But now with her sieging potential and even harsher poke in lane, she can fix that "rough mid-game" problem and if a tank or assassin...or anyone gets near her, she E's them, gets pushed backwards, and then crits them for a rather shocking percentage of their health.
She definitely is seeing a lot more play (because she was always this strong since the changes) because of Lucian. She can bully him in lane to an extent and provides constant crit-damage with safety whereas Lucian has to get up close (and if he opts for the Korean build) he won't have the advantage of crit and then will fall off later.
If I am Graves you can do following:
1.) Quickdraw 2.) Smoke Screen 3.) End of the Line 4.) Collateral Damage 5.) Autoattack
If this works and all hits she is dead.

Honestly instead of a nerf cait discusion it should he a buff other adc discussion. She is fine where she is at. It's most of the other adc that just aren't as fun/impactful to play until end game that is the overall problem.
