Hot fix champs that have a 90% ban rate in ranked

Bans exist to basically remove the fotm cancer that exists until Riot nerfs them, but all that creates is a noob trap - Either ban the right cancer or torture yourself.

What if instead, any champ that reached a 90% ban rate in ranked was automatically disabled for ranked until hotfixed. This would accomplish two major things for players:

1. Broken champs would become Priority to Riot to fix instead of existing as permabanned for months. And it would force them to make better decisions if they knew making something cancer would equate to making it unusable.

2. Giving bans back to the player to use tactically. Bans should exist as strategy, not to simply ban whats most broken every patch.

Why should players honestly have to ban champs that are banned in 90% of games and win most of the ones they arent banned in? Shouldnt that immediately tell riot we arent happy with the champ and do not find it fair to play against them? **We shouldn't be forced to go through the same mindless motions every game to counter Riots balance team. **
