Suggested AR URF Changes

  1. Allow all champions to be available.
  2. Put it in the Howling Abyss/Crystal Scar so that Gold and EXP gains are more "fair".
  3. "URF" objectives and turrets. Do this anyway you see fit (true damage beams, polymorph enemy champion, splash damage, thornmail, martyr minions, etc)
  4. To deal with intolerable champions, I have thought of two options: a. Heavily reduce spawn timers and increase ALL damage by 50-100% to non-structures (w/o increasing health or resistances), but lowering gold amt per champion. b. Load all delayed damage abilities upfront (e.g: Channeled abilities take half as long, no wind up on other abilities, etc.) Or a combination of the above two.
  5. New Cooldown System Allow me to explain the options...

Number one is self explanatory; it's so that it makes it truly random. Number two is to deal with the ironic slow yet fast pace of URF. What I mean by this is that it's basically the same SR except with OP champions. Nothing else is gaining benefits, so leading to the next suggestion... Number three is to make objective and turrets actually do something instead of just being slight obstacles to a ridiculously powerful team. Number four is probably the most controversial situation. Reducing spawn timers makes it more fast paced. The increase in all damage has to go along with heavily reduced spawn timers; otherwise the game is extremely boring. The other suggestion was to throw more people into the URF meta by making their channel times much lower and cast times non-existent. Some champions could be ignored for the sake of this...

The last option is very odd, but might fix the issue with spam. Here's what it basically entails: All champion abilities that are normally (pre-urf cd) above a 10 second cooldown has the standard 80% cooldown reduction. For every cooldown that is below 10 seconds receives -10% less cooldown reduction for every second, (9 is 70%, 8 is 60%, ... anything at or below 2 seconds receives no cooldown reduction).
