Recently had a few matches against Fiora where it doesn't feel like she's limited by cooldowns or mana costs. I was playing Gangplank and couldn't trade with her or farm because she could just easily get away from my barrels. Felt pretty helpless as she laid waste to me while I could barely respond thanks to her W. Any tips are highly appreciated.

In the case of GP vs Fiora you play GP as a farm lane and play safe.
Fiora's counter prevents your barrels and Q, so if you want to attempt to fight fiora you'd need a jungler.
GP can outscale her if you call your mias and farm until mid game and use your ulti mainly to aid mid/bot because fiora again counters most of your kit.
If you really want to fight her however place your barrels but don't Q them, just harass her with Q and if trying to damage her with barrels use AA's since then if she counters that you have Q to hit her with again but she will win the trade the longer you take to run away afterwards.
Optimally if she all-ins you want to AA her->Q her->AA barrel if she stays->AA her again and run the hell away hoping you outdid her damage. She will counter some part of this you have been warned.
While if you want free harass you want to barrel and AA them to hit her and if she counters it you Q her or mostly harass her with Q and if she counters one you AA a barrel in her face.
Either way to trade with fiora be ready to give up some Q mana.

mjcomics1 votesHer w has a long cooldown -19/18/17/16/15 sec- and does little damage + is a skill shot. She is also squishy and her true damage is very little during the early laning phase. She does have good in/out thanks to her q, but repeatedly using it will drain her mana. All her attacks are also melee, but as gp you have your barrels and shots to poke at her. Granted, you aren't the best match-up against her, but you could do worse.

Elisza Kitsune1 votesI play Quinn top. Just early harass her make her go back. Be careful of ganks etc. It'll put her back a lot if she doesn't start roaming. And if she does, she loses her tower ;)

Gentzer1 votesFirstly, you don't 1v1 Fiora as GP. EVER. GP is much better in 5v5 teamfights where he can deal damage to multiple targets via his extreme AOE damage.
In lane?
Try to keep Fiora on the opposite side of the currently marked vital to stop her from proccing it, alternatively, stand next to a wall to hide the vital. If a vital is in a crap place, back up and reset it.
Only trade if Riposte is wasted. Some Fiora's will use it expecting a barrel or something, then you can try to poke or dmg her.
DO NOT FIGHT A FIORA THAT HAS REACHED LATEGAME SHE WILL 1V1 YOU!!!
