Why did they ever change baron buff?

I think buffing your entire team was more than sufficient to end a stall. But now, it's almost impossible to fend off the unkillable super minions. It just seems unnecessarily excessive now. Hows about we consider putting it back? Just pop it in the PBE and see how it effects game endings.

(We can keep Herald the same, it's not that bad tbh as it's a much weaker version.)
