How do I get rid of my pessimistic attitude?

Just finished 2 ranked games in a row before I decided to take a short break. In both games, I thought it was clear we were going to lose, which turned out to be wins. I wasn't say luck was anymore of a factor than the throws:

  1. Enemy team going into our jungle.
  2. Failing to group when we were taking their objectives
  3. Making risky plays

Afterwards, I feel pretty stupid for the things I said so how do I change my attitude?

Try to avoid seeing the downside right away or try not to think about the negatives. Admit to your own mistakes and try to be sympathetic with the mistakes of your teammates.

As a pessimist, league tends to make me more optimistic because I've seen crazy comebacks happen when I stop focusing on the bad and start trying to adapt to the new problems.

Doesn't always work, but it helps.

You don't do it easily. Learn to love your attitude since it's honestly a pain to change. Or start changing the way you look at everything little by little.

So in LOL context to be less pessimistic look at what the things you did accomplished. Like if you pushed a lane and created pressure then congrats you made the enemy respond to you.
