I wouldn't have an issue with Hecarim wiping out my back line

even though he fed ridiculously hard

if his ridiculous Triforce burst was at least avoidable, so that I could at least do something about him putting my ADC and support at 30% for an easy cleanup

maybe he shouldn't have a targeted dash that applies Sheen while also displacing you some 500 units in whatever direction he wants to push you? i thought riot liked counterplay ? only if the melee is immobile though?

and hecarim spends all game telling me that i'm the one playing a brainless champ, lol

Have you ever played Hecarim? Getting to his fed point is anything but 'brainless'. If you're behind, you're not going to enjoy your life as hec.

i have, i played him mostly in S4. he isn't difficult

he was feeding extremely hard, lol. and it hardly mattered after a certain point because triforce is all he needs to be a relevant damage threat

js that him having trouble getting fed doesn't justify his complete lack of counterplay

Actually, I played a Trundle today in top while the enemy had a Hecarim. Some well timed e's and I altered his push against me and of course messed up his ability to run.

My problem isn't really his dash. I can avoid that with flash(before he autos, obviously), dashes, whatever I need. My problem with Hecarim is the fact that he has a magic damage AOE that deals quite a bit of damage, and heals him, despite not building AP at all coupled with the inability to get away from it no matter how much mobility you have. If there was one thing I would nerf on Hecarim it'd be the healing and/or base damage on his W. Although I feel like that wouldn't hit him hard enough. The problem is that it's a bunch of things that come together to give Hecarim this damage, it's his passive + his E + his ghost + his trinity force + his Q. It's all little boosts that add up to be the damage it is. I suppose you could nerf his passive down to 25% from 30% late game to lower it by enough. He'd probably lose out on about 40 bonus AD which would be around 120-130 damage total from that including all of his abilities(Likely less with full build cuz of other movement enhancing items). Not very much considering how much damage he actually deals with all of that JUST counting Trinity force and mobis(not counting dead mans, etc. I added up around 1.2k damage at level 18, and that was counting swifties instead of mobis at the time, and not adding his W damage into the mix.) but if they also nerfed his W's base damage/healing, I think it'd be a decent nerf without killing him.
