Just a reminder of how stupid high damage gankplanks barrels deal.
"Places a powder keg that can be attacked by Gangplank or his enemies at a location for 60 seconds. If Gangplank destroys a keg, it explodes dealing the attack's damage as physical damage (ignores 40% Armor) to enemies and slowing them by 40/50/60/70/80% for 2 seconds. Champions take 60/90/120/150/180 bonus physical damage from the explosion"
-Runeglaive straight up does not work. Attempting to proc the barrel with a Runeglaive'd Parrrley doesn't work at all. The shot hits the barrel, consuming the Runeglaive buff, but does not detonate the barrel itself. Regular Runeglaive'd autos do detonate the barrel and consume the Runeglaive buff.
-Triforce, Sheen, and Lichbane all apply their buffs in an AoE when used on a barrel. This means that if your Parrrley does 100 damage and your Sheen/Triforce/Lichbane proc does 100, the enemy will take 200 physical damage (plus bonus damage if it's a champion), even if it's from Lichbane.
-Iceborne Gauntlet is applied in a similar manner, but it has a very interesting interaction with the barrel. If your Iceborne proc is used on a barrel, the slow field size is increased to match the blast radius of the barrel, which further increases the zoning potential of the item.
-The same cannot be said for Tiamat and Hydra, which do not receive an embiggening of AoE effect from the barrel explosion. Items which add damage to your basic attacks such as Blade of the Ruined King, Nashor's Tooth, and Wit's End do not apply their on-hit effects in an AoE. Instead, their flat damage is added (and changed to physical damage, if applicable). The effect from BoRK doesn't heal and Wit's End doesn't shred. Purely damage.
AND the barrels can crit.
40% free armor pen plus whatever else you have. Then it applys
in an AOE, and it can crit. Not to mention the barrel chaining thing is pretty much unavoidable and gankplank has some stupid fast movement speed. Sitting at a 52% win rate with a global ult.
. Pretty much just full tanks (on wich you can farm your bandit keystone). Your kill-pressure is sitting at a solid 0% btw if the enemy plays it smart.
. Keep in mind this is only for top lane. A SINGLE mistake and you can say goodbye to your flash and/or 30-60% of your hp. Also say goodbye to 10cs/min.
(last 2+akali only are decent pre 6, after 6 you are boned)

First item pumbs your manapool to 530. Now you can use Q 10 times! And you have no additional combat stats... noicuh!
Second item +60hp +15AP and some mana regen +5 mana return on kill. Now you can use Q 8 times! and even have some combat stats! but ring becomes useless after early so you just "wasted" 400 gold on it after mid game hits (so much to that gold multiplier...)
Edit: Third item, gives mana and hp sustain... buuut no combat stats again
