Oh wow, I was able to get a chance to all in him by CCing him out of his Q? damn 2 seconds later hes already charging it back up and zoning me out of a large area.

Sure he's no hypercarry but he doesnt fall off like pantheon, his W passive and active guarantee that he's going to be incredibly tanky against anything not named vayne, especially because his W got buffed to 3 hp from 2 on small kills.
