I don't know how all item and champion changes will stir the meta but sometimes toplane can get pretty nasty and oppressive, you can barely farm and the lane is being shoved constantly, add the ol' bulky Rift Herald pushing down aswell, it'll get to inibs if 2 or 3 don't come to your aid.

That's kind of the point, you'll want to contest it, you'll want to push with it, you'll want to defend as a team against it. It's the same idea as the boss camps in HotS
