Honest question
Why is every patch and balance change centered almost solely around LCS and LCK?
99.99% of the people that these changes impact will never get to play in the LCS. and yet balance changes that are intended for only a handful of people end up affecting millions of other people who actually make this game what it is?

4th Shot Killer2 votesIf the game were based around poor players, League's competitive scene would vanish and that is arguably the most essential part of league as a community. By basing the game around people who actually know how to play it, you reward good skill and punish bad skill, just like how any game should be. Imagine the NFL if it were based off high school teams. Wouldn't be such a big sport.

Do you balance around the game being played (near)perfectly or balance it around people playing it poorly?
That being said, I think that Riot does a good job taking care of outliers in both worlds.

Because frankly I'm tired of Azir failing in Silver/Gold and I think he needs buffs. Damn the consequences and forget those shitters in Diamond+ let's just break Azir because the needs of the Bronze/Silver/Gold players are far more important than 2% of the playerbase.

Why do champion like Voli, Garen and Singed should never be buffed because everybody acts like a monkey in silver?
