I feel merc treads are too expensive for what they are intended to do.

Now that mid mages, supports and junglers can run rampant with magic pen, I feel Merc treads really need a price decrease or atleast give more magic resistance for the purchase.

With fighters, marksmen, assassins running around with armor pene / lethality / armor reduction / true damage / %hp damage, I really feel like item 3047 need a price decrease or at least give more armor for the purchase

What. Run rampant with magic pen? There's two items in the entire game: Void Staff and Morello.

Wanna know how many item give armor pen?

Yep. How dare mages have any fun in this game with their two items!!!!!

So build MR = mages should afk

Build armor = tanks should afk

Maybe we should fix mages.
