Is if your adc keeps frontlining/"initiating" every team fight and dies, you automatically lose even if your positioning was perfect. I just my last game because our twitch had 14 deaths even though he was the most fed.

First thing .... Adc should never frontline and alway be at a safe distance and position . if an adc is frontline them she/he is an below average one end of story

Or if your adc is Jhin or Lucian and they have a hypercarry adc you just lose from champion select which is complete bullshit.
