35 Armor

Costs: 1000 gold

Active (no spammable mobility): Target champion won't be able to use mobility spells that are under 350 range (riven dashes/vayne tumble) for 3 seconds.

Anti-Vayne shield:

Builds from: Anti-Riven helm + kindlegem + 900 gold

50 armor 500 HP 20% Cdr

Passive (counterplay to no-counterplay bullshit): All %Health true damage you receive will heal you instead.

Active (no spammable mobility): Target champion won't be able to use mobility spells that are under 350 range for the next 5 seconds.

Wtf no h8 with Vayne, Thornail exist for some reason, Randuin can be used to counter Riven also, or early sunfire on Reneketon or Nasus can destroy her easily.

Funny as your post is, I do thinkthey should make some items that counter % based true damage. Regular true dmg penetrates armor but is countered by stacking health. But 5 based dmg counter's that. Only thing that works is maybe randuin's and frozen heart.. but meh
