Fizz= Got his power rebalanced inside his own kit, now you need to hit E do deal all your potential damage instead of proceeed mindless Q, E , safe escape. I don't believe that he got any buffs since he got a play style change.

Kat in pbe is getting a change in her playstyle to, mostly in her build, AD escales.

I have no problems with having their play style changed and balanced, giving room to counterplay and etc. I just find it sad that riot will always bait and switch or won't be direct with the player base.
