Can we nerf Rengar please?
He was so much more balanced when he actually had to buy his trinket (the necklace I mean), instead of just getting it for free. And once he actually has it, it should be like Mejai's or Sword of the Occult. If you screw up, you should lose those bonuses. He can keep the absurd scaling on his 'q' (which has like a 2 second cooldown with max cdr). I'm not even gonna complain about that. Or the ridiculously short cooldown on his ult with max cdr. Just make him buy the trinket.
