Can I mod my client to replace all the skins with the base skin?
Would be nice if this was confirmed to not be bannable. I would really like to be able to tell champions and their abilities apart again, thanks.

Riot should have a button that lets you turn off all cosmetics including skins. For people with visual impairments if nothing else.
Nope they patched modding ages ago so u cannot do that
Riot changed a bunch of things after season 6. After a lawsuit with EloBuddy, a scripting platform, Riot started changing a lot of their more creative policies. This is what eventually killed custom skins. I wanted to make a bot for a better TFT AI for my masters project; they shut me down too.
Riot should just add a "disable skins" feature. It would be relatively simple to implement.
If its ever deemed to give an advantage, just kinda shows Riot likes to make p2w skins still.
Unfortunately no. Its been patched and will flag you for "cheating/scripting"
