Riot your system for dealing with trolls is pathetic
If I get someone in a ranked game who is obviously trolling in champ select my only two options are to either A) play the game out and most likely lose lp and waste my own time B) Dodge, lose LP, and waste time as I can't que for 5 minutes.
In each case I lose. Every player who isn't trolling is held hostage by these scum players and suffer. Meanwhile the troll wins. That is unacceptable. I have been playing this game since season one. You have had 5 years to develop counter measures to combat this issue. Yet I still have the same 2 crappy choices I had 5 years ago.
Give me the option to vote kick. You may argue that it is abusable but I do not care. It's extremely unlikely 4 players will vote to kick someone unless they are trolling. Theres an off chance someone will be vote kicked for choosing a really off meta pick but thats fine for me. Because the current system is broken and I frankly sick to death of being held hostage by trolls with no available recourse.
