Small Essence Reaver Buff and New Early Game Item

So first off I think Essence Reaver should have 20% cooldown reduction to solidify its place as the utility item and allowing Bloodthirster to be the defense item with the shield passive and extra lifesteal. 20% CDR would also really help out caster types of marksmen out a lot and allow them to have an item of their own while Blade, Trinity, Infinity Edge users can have those items as their core item to build. Now on with the item changes:

NEW Hidden Sword: Recipe: Long Sword(360g) + 340g = 700g

Stats: +10 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction

The Brutalizer: Recipe: Long Sword(360g) + Hidden Sword(700g) + 277g = 1337g (total cost unchanged)

Stats (Unchanged): +25 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: +10 Armor Penetration

Essence Reaver: Recipe: Hidden Sword(700g) + Vampiric Scepter(800g) + B.F. Sword(1550g) + 350g = 3400g

Stats: +80 Attack Damage +10% Life Steal UNIQUE Passive: +20% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Restore 2-8% of the damage dealt by basic attacks as Mana. This effect increases based on missing Mana.

Another thing, by adding the new low tier item, it lowers the combine cost slightly of Attack Damage items that use Cooldown Reduction in their final builds.

Yomumu's( or black cleaver, both a little suboptimal on marksmen), reaver, and ionian boots.

5% cdr masteries, and you're at cap.

I do like the idea of a lower tier item.

Ghostblade is really good for marksman- either way the brutalizer line of items has not changed- this just allows marksman to get CDR sooner and to smooth out and lower higher end combine costs (brutalizer did not have an insane gold cost, just thought the item would go well with the build recipe)

It's really good on attack speed marksmen imo, but it's a bit lacking for someone like ezreal, whom I consider the primary user of essence reaver.

Ezreal's Q does proc lifesteal effects which includes the mana leech passive- the mana leech passive (lifesteal works the same way) works best with crit damage

the cdr, lifesteal helps with short range casters like sivir, graves, mf, etc for dualing and getting more abilities off in a fight which is more damage and the mana leech passive is just a nice touch to not worry about mana ever

I suppose my biggest concern is that for riot to up the cdr, they would probably nerf the ad/ passive.

bf sword items build into 80AD items- and the passive scales with more damage items you get- either way the passive is nice to have and you can spam abilities and not care for about your mana, but the passive isnt as great considering the cost of the item, cdr would help --- another good alternative is lowering the cost to 3200, which i just saw in a pbe update which happened after i wrote this post- but the low tier ad cdr item be good too to add to smooth out item combine costs

10% cdr for 700 seems too cheap even if it is unique.

I have no problem with essence reaver getting 15 or 20 % cdr to solidify it as a great caster item but then it needs to be hit somewhere else. Possibly drop the lifesteal even lower and force a bigger difference between it and BT?

10% CDR is valued at around 400 gold 10% life steal is an even number, cannot go lower as a high tier item
