Does Ryze need buffs?
Maybe it's just me, but personally I think 41% win rate is pretty pathetic. So, was the Ryze rework a failure, or is he just undertuned atm?

Buff his mana pool or buff the mana costs of moves.. he burns mana way way too fast.
No way he needs buffs when he has tp as an ultimate
His ulti doesnt fit his kit whats so ever.. i think it was the worst rework ive seen since i started playing in season 4...
Wait longer. Same thing happened with taliyah, low win rate initially but then skyrocketed and needed nerfs once peopled learned her.

I gave up on him. I can't figure out how to be consistently effective on him and i got tired of mid/top. his rework just doesn't feel right anymore,
I think w should scale with level. thats about it, I had fun playing him tbh.
I dont really like him too, too much but he was fun when i played him that one time.
Please.. If riot decides to buff a champion because they have a ''low'' win rate again after release ill cry. Taliyah was really strong but all the bronzies were saying how weak she was.
This is insane to me, because his damage feels broken. I think we need a few more patches for skill max order and ideal item sets to be established.
