1000% less fun to lane against then old KAT. Atleast you were safe before 6 her new passive punishes you and allows no punish against her. She builds boots and 4 bots and can still half hp you with Q E. She throws Q you try to walk out of the dagger but she still hits you with the massssive AOE passive and then she just Es away.

you have honestly never had the misfortune of facing against a Vlad smurf or one trick if you can say that, it's legitimately misery. Every trade you do feels worthless for he's just gonna heal it back, when you spend mana you question why, for you realize the advantage you have is not real for he has no mana costs. The longer the lane lasts the further you enter his advantage for he's just dumping more points into Q for bigger and stronger heals. You want to wave clear against him, but his E nukes yours. Than when you think you have him, he has Ult and Pool.

Kats far more viable than liss. The problem is my ult is on a crazy long cd so if I use it once to stop her I lose my protection.

I play against good players on other champs all the time. katarina is inhertently way better at abusing you because of her dagger mechanic with almost no punishment. She has no mana, insane base damages.
Riot said they reworked kat because people were not having a fun time laining against her, I personally believe old kat was a lot less toxic before because her ult was her entire kit, now its her passive which has a lot less counter play.

Vlad can do the same with his heal, Zed and Akali can do the same with his Q. There are plenty of champions that can harrass you with no punishment. And these champions also have almost no counter-play if in good hands.
Akali I agree is pretty crazy considering her Q mark can be constantly on you with no CD.
Vlads first Q does no damage and his third is super telegraphed and only holds charge for a few seconds.
wildfox991 votesthe worst is when she kill you without hitting a single passive hit (especially once she build revolver or gunblade),killing you with just auto attack reset (her AA get a reset when she uses her E 3),her E reset (she reset her E even if she miss her dagger damage, just by walking on it) + electrocute/thunderlord + ignite
and yes her passive range is almost a ranged AA, that's so stupid, especially when her Q comes behind you and her W in front of you trapping you with not so much chances to escape unless you can dash or flash
just make her E reset only if she hit a dagger on a champion or kill if she kill an unit, so she can't safely jump in and out if you dodge them and you can trade
she really need a nerf, actually she is just a bit too strong, but with new runes... electrocute allow her to (literally) one shoot you lvl 3 like the old lb, and when she close her gunblade + hunter stacks she gets 30% of spellvamp,and gl if you want kill her
me as syndra and my jungle Lee weren't able to kill her, she was healing for about 150~200hp/sec. lvl 10 or 11
