Why do silvers say "dodge the skillshot" repeatedly like a broken record?

When they themselves are completely incapable of dodging anyway?

Skillshot abilities would not even exist if it was possible to dodge them every single time, since they would be utterly useless.

Because skillshots are not guaranteed to hit, and it's on both players to know what they're doing, the attacker to be accurate, and the defender to pay attention to get out of the way.

Hence, "Dodge the skillshot."
