Assassins need less mobility
Or at least more restrictive mobility. This happens every time they are strong.
. They have so much mobility to get into fights which makes sense because their role is to go in and dive, but the problem is even when they fail their role half the time they can bail out because of those same abilities. Hence the reason
is not on this list.
should have her W and mimic'd w only have a blink back if she has killed someone.
should only be able to swap with his ult shadow if he kills someone. Not touching his W because if he uses his W to run he loses damage a lot of the time. Another idea is to maybe make the shadows disappear sooner if he swaps with them.
needs to only be able to hop to large monsters and champions with his passive as well as having a cap of say 2 jumps in a specific timeframe unless he gets a kill and refreshes it.
loses his untargetability if he double taps E for the range and speed, but he still at least gets enough of a frame to disjoint tower attacks and such on the initial cast.
is a hard choice of how to deal with him. I honestly think his damage is the biggest problem with him now because he doesn't usually escape if he screws up. Maybe increase the CD on vault if he uses it away from an enemy, but other than that I think its really hard to mess with his kit and leave him viable.
