Quick question. Has a rework ever change a champion's resource type?

I was thinking about reworks and I realized that even the most drastic reworks I'm aware of never changed the resource type of a champion. For example, from using energy to mana or adding mana to a resourceless champion. Has this ever happened?

Aatrox used to have health costs. Now he doesn't.

I think Riven used ti have a special resource bar. But it was basically just the same as her passive indicator.

I cant think of anyone else tho
