Thank You Riot! Love the PBE changes to recurve bow

this is great. I always had it in the back of my mind that something was amiss about the build path to bortk. A lot of people get bortk for the attack speed. but sitting on two daggers for a good portion of the game without any damage spike is lame.

I think Skarner will greatly appreciate this. Seeing as how wits end and botrk are both great on him.
