The Galio changes are suposed to be a Galio buff in solo Q and a Galio nerf in competitive.

Im just hoping that if gutting half his wave clear removing mechanics he had for some mana Cost and faster cast time end up being overall a nerf in Solo Q could you not ignore him please?

im fairly confident its gonna overall be a small buff for him but the problem is that testing things on pbe is hopeless....

Honestly it leaves his ult in a place where I think now it needs to arrive sooner. It has less CC, less friendly utility, and just all around feels rather like a poor-man's teleport now than anything. What good is a limited teleport if your teammate is just gonna be dead by the time you arrive?
