has ezreal been fixed yet?
A genuine question. I don't know if Riot's fixed his maramune bug. I want to know so i can stop banning him and save my ban for someone else.

They fixed the Muramana double proc. He's still broken tho.
His build order being Tear>Gauntlet>Ninja Tabi>GA- fueled by Klepto makes his early/mid game way to overbearing to deal with. Vayne and Ezreal are still on ban or pick, or lose status.
