He's an old champ with a simple but good kit. I do think that he's in a good spot though. Not really played, but can be used effectively when picked. And honestly, whenever I play him, my 6 item build is usually something like

unless I'm jungling))
and either 
depending on what boots I have. The reason for over 
is because most people think of jax as mainly an AD champ meaning less reason for them to build MR against him. (And tbh, I do think he's balanced, BUT I think the particles when he activates ult could be a bit more clear. And while the icons are really simple, and I think the exact same from beta, I think they should stay. I like them ^^
