Just played with an ap galio in doom boots and he oneshot the entire enemy team with a single q at level 13.

who ever downvoted this should have their upvote and downvote privileges removed. galio was blatantly broken and needed his hotfix and shouldnt have been allowed to be played.

all this dude wanted was a fair game.

bots are dumb and cant dodge things like rumble ult or things which stay on the ground very well, only projectiles.

secondly despite having such gross numbers, his win rate isn't busted, its only 51% for this patch. http://champion.gg/champion/Galio/Middle

despite bringing disgusting burst to the table, hes still losing a fair amount of games anyway because its easy to punish and terrible itemization.

I dont care if everyone on the enemy team is a bot, nobody should be able to oneshot an entire enemy team with a single basic ability at level 13.

the issue is you are just now noticing it, when 15% ago it wasn't a big deal, but somehow a 15% is the difference between "lol galio in the mid lane" and "it 1hkos our whole team"

even with the bonus 3% per 100 ap, at level 13 he has roughly 150ap maybe 200 if hes done something stupid like ludens into rab cap. giving a total difference of 18% health per Q, WHEN IT WAS ALREADY doing 6% normally.

so magically. you're telling me. this - galio is now absolutely broken with an extra 15% ap scaling, and 12% health on Q.

YOU ARE DEFINING GALIO AS BEFORE, AS FINE AND NORMAL "healthy unable to one shot the whole team"

it was just as potent before, you're only just now realizing its full damage potential now that people are actually putting ap on galio.

You do not have 150-200 ap at level 13. Thats all im saying to this.

you have 2 items and boots at level 13. maybe if you're fed you can have more. but you do not have 300 ap until you hit rab cap or your 3rd expensive ap item. or 4th in general. which he for sure wont have at level 13.
