Ignite still dealt true damage but scaled with adaptative stats instead of being a flat amount of true damage ? Simple as that

Nah, it's fine as a rare stat, but added randomly everywhere is bad. Remove conqueror (and replace it with fervor), revert IE by just removing 20% bonus crit damage and it would fix this true damage issue

yea cuz a made a post about being a tank and and having pure armor and hp built and taking over 1800 damage from a yasou and only 400 physical damage. i think its a bit over board lately. and then i am now taking conqueror on my tank and winning and out damaging others.

kinda has to be an issue somewhere

The problem with Ignite having scaling is that it makes it strong in late game. What balances it right now is the fact that it is incredibly strong early game to snowball, but late game, is typically more useful for the Grievous Wounds than the damage. If it were given a late game, it would become far too strong of a summoner spell.
