can we have executioner calling back

i'm not sure why it was removed, i can only assume because of it being unhealthy item against heal dependent champions. how about you make it conditional like every 3rd auto it will apply grievous wounds for 1.5 seconds. Maybe going as far as having stacks dissipating if 2 seconds go by (though this sounds a little to rough) maybe up the price a bit to.

this is to make it

  1. make it more akin to an adc item, casters and bruisers are less likely to pick up enough as it already with those stats
  2. not as dominant early game since you need 3 auto pull it off and especially this if the stacks dissipate in between. To be more of a late game counter build item if they're team is has somewhat high sustain

It wasn't removed from being to strong. Ex Calling was quite the opposite, to the point it was one of the least purchased items in the game. There were actually very, very, very few situations where Ex Calling was actually a good purchase. Life steal is better countered by Thornmail, life steal and spell vamp through resistances, sustaining champions often could easily evade the 1.5 second duration in lane and just heal between trades, focusing Mundo/Swain with auto-attacks in the middle of a fight is playing more to their strengths than weaknesses, every important trade where a major heal/sustain is used can just be dealt with through ignite, Morellonomicon can apply a healing debuff to targets not directly focused via magic often being AoE and indirect AoE tagging essentially everyone on the enemy team in an important team fight, etc.

It was useful in season 2, but got nerffed to it's season 3 and 4 state due to offering the same thing it countered.

Anyways - you're solution of making it weaker wouldn't solve it's core issue (and most likely reason on being removed) of being seen as overpriced for what it offers.

ah i see then, well then why not make it have better stats with that being just a added bonus

The reason is was too weak was because it was unhealthy. Very easy access to grievous wounds counters specific champions so hard that it actually warps balance. Healers need to either have heals strong enough to work through grievous wounds (and they are OP when it isn't in a game), or they need to be almost useless whenever it is present. Because of this problem, just buffing executioner's calling isn't an option.
