Remove devourer.

Seriously, when it was disabled, I saw Warrior, Chulk, and Runeglaive junglers. This toxic pick or ban item has no place in this game and makes the game a horrible experience for everyone on either team.

Remove sated. Find a new way around it.

I hate devourer. But a lot of people enjoyed it. Sated is the problem.
