Changes to Jungle Items

So here is my thought. Sustain is extremely limiting in the new jungle so here it my thought. Why not make the base Machete make Smite heal you for a percent of your missing health and each of the Machete upgrades heal you, but you heal for an increased amount based on the playstyle the item is trying to enforce.

item 1039 UNIQUE PASSIVE- Smite heals you for 10% of your missing health and mana when used on a monster.

item 3713 UNIQUE PASSIVE- Smite heals you for 10% of your missing and mana plus 5% for every monster hit by the Smite.

item 3715 UNIQUE PASSIVE- Smite heals you for 5% of your missing health and mana plus 1% every time you basic attack a marked champion

item 3711 UNIQUE PASSIVE- Smite heals you for 10% of your missing health and mana, increased to 25% in the enemy jungle

item 3706 UNIQUE PASSIVE- Smite heals you for 10% of your missing health and mana plus 75% of the damage done to a champion by the Smite

Maybe not make upgrading it lose sustain (Skirmisher's); seems kinda weird when the base item is better in any regard then the upgraded one.

Current provides 7 health per second

Smite has 60 second cooldown, and you likely will be fighting for 2/3rds of that, so 40 seconds or 280 HP

For 280 Heal to equal 10% of your max (which is way WAY more than your 10% of missing) you need to have 2800 hp...

Riot WANTS sustain to be poor in the jungle to force more "strategic decisions."

I'm currently fine with where sustain is in the jungle, and don't mind the changes very much. That said, I think Riot is looking to ease up the jungle a bit in terms of clear and sustain next patch where you (potentially?) will be able to store two smites. Killing monsters faster = less damage = more sustain.
