why are there rotating game modes?
why not include them all like how some people wish poro king exists at X point or URF. why not include them all to satisfy the odd players who enjoy off games instead of the same one over and over again.

Rotating gamemodes do not exsist anymore Its ARURF every 2 months or so and Poro King at christmas. Rotating gamemodes were discontinued due to some "gamemode-client incompabilities" (quoted from Riot themselves) aka cheap excuses 101
The client/servers can't handle it I think. They also said that once you let people play stuff like URF they get burnt out and quit.
They are meant to offer different experiences, but they still want the main focus of the game to be Summoners Rift (thus why none of the RGM are always around). They also did cut back on them in 2019 though due to various reasons.
