they already have 40 ad to help their bonus ad so still obvious choice for them
its not just handy for sheen also works with crits. would help 
(all do well with crit chance)

not to mention like you said anyone with triforce: 
Ad champs in general make good use of auto attacks. some have auto resets
like 
(esp once they get reworked)
(if foregoing devourer)
while others have attack speed steroids as well.
lee sin has 40% as passive.
also keep in mind when devourer gets looked at a lot of champions might not be so keen on going for it.

But that is after having champs like Vi and Rengar pop out of nowhere and blow up targets with next to nothing that can be done. Sure late game it can happen if fed but when they are level 6 they should have to have some kind or realistic way to respond instead of they press R and you get locked down and killed.
