Why can i buy bundles when i own everything

I own every champion, and i have several skins for a lot of champions, but I'm wondering why i can buy bundles when i own all the champions and skins the bundles offer. Take the SSW bundle, i own every champion, i have every SSW skin from hextech, so why leave the option to buy something for 525 RP that gives you literally nothing?

Cuz they're so poor they need to leech more money. They're a very greedy company compared to other MOBAs.
